Hi, I'm Cheyenne, a two-times world champion in wheel gymnastics and head coach of Liestal Wheel Gymnastics Club.

I started wheel gymnastics at the age of 7 in Birsfelden. After making the national squad I started training under national coaches Jasmin Braunwalder and Claudia Herger in Zurich. Under their guidance I participated in six World Championships, collecting a total of 15 medals, including two world championship titles and 5 vice world championship titles.

After the World Championships in Magglingen I decided to pass my knowledge to the next generation and took over the head coach position in Liestal. At the same time I started to write this book, so that I can reach gymnasts and coaches worldwide. My hope is to help as many people as possible and make a significant contribution to the development of this great sport.

When I'm not spending time in the gym, I work as a PhD student in aging research. I also like to play video games, read books and play the piano.
